Call our office if you need help finding a qualified therapist or other professional. The following is our list of preferred mental health professionals, those we have worked with over the years and who practice in a broad range of specialties.

One in five Americans struggle with mental health issues. It is the rare individual who can keep their head on straight in the midst of a divorce, let alone a global pandemic. And it is not over yet. 2020 has challenged and changed daily life to the point of no return. Coming up with a solid game plan may require the help of a professional. During times of upheaval, stress is inevitable, even if it’s not apparent in every family member. Talk therapy, cognitive behavorial therapy or spiritual guidance may be the best investment you can make in yourself (and your family).

Finding a good therapist is like shopping for shoes; you’re looking for comfort and a good fit. The right personality, temperment, brand of wisdom, even gender. Personalities that mesh for one person may not be an ideal match for others. It’s reasonable to interview more than one counselor, just as you would interview any other type of professional (attorney, accountant, plumber, etc).
