counseling + professional services

Given that one in five Americans struggles with mental health, it's the rare individual who can develop a solid game plan and maintain clear thinking in a divorce without some professional coaching.

Talk therapy or cognitive behavorial therapy could be the best thing you do for yourself and your child to help manage the stress of divorce. Stress during times of change is inevitable, even if it’s not apparent in each individual.

Finding ‘a qualified therapist’ is like shopping for comfortable shoes; you’re looking for a really good fit; the right personality, temperment, brand of wisdom, even gender. Traits that work for one person may not be an ideal match for others. It’s reasonable to interview more than one counselor, just as you would interview any other type of professional service provider (attorney, accountant, etc).

If you have questions or concerns about counseling, we can assist you. Call our office for help in finding a qualified mental health professional (386) 257-4699

Don’t pray to get things. Pray to be worthy of getting things.
