My Common Sense Approach .. Douglas Kneller .. ifloridadivorce.com
As a Florida Board Certified Divorce Attorney and Family Mediator, I have practiced in the Florida Divorce and Family Law courts since 1989. You will find my practical nature and common sense approach to my practice enhances my ability to help people solve their legal problems, in and out of the courtroom.
I've handled over 1,000 cases in my practice, and have been asked to serve as an Expert Witness in numerous malpractice actions involving negligent divorce attorneys in Florida. Unfortunately, these circumstances are not uncommon.
Be advised that not all attorneys who handle divorce and related cases are Board Certified by the State of Florida. Your decision to choose a Board Certified attorney over a non-specialist is a wise one, as it is likely to affect the outcome of your divorce and many other aspects of your life.
I take great pride in being responsive and available to my clients. This can be rare among attorneys. Few lawyers give their clients so much access. For me, it's a matter of practicality. When divorce cases heat up, as they are prone to do, my clients appreciate having direct, timely contact with me.
